Entries are completed by meet management via the results of regional meets.

A reminder that all athletes wishing to withdraw from one or more events to avoid scratching from the meet with a DNS, must email this intention to their regional meet director by 5pm Monday May 25th. After that time it is expected athletes will compete in all events for which they have qualified. Failure to do so results in being scratched from the remainder of events for the day and alternates being placed in the event.

5th place alternate will be able to compete if someone from their region does not show or potentially, if an available space opens from another regions withdrawl. The withdrawls we know of for certain are posted, but a reminder, the heats and lanes document does not change and alternates (regardless if we know) do not get in the event until the final call of the event. All 5th place athletes wanting to compete should check into the event as they normally would on site and wait til the final call in the event area to see if they can replace a no show from their or other region. Please see meet information for further details.

Bib pick up will begin Friday morning and will be available throughout the meet at the registration table. Be aware that the school coach should pick up the school packet but individual bibs can be picked up when schools are not sending a representative by athletes or parent representatives.
