This program is for youth who want to run, move, train, and have fun over the summer. Whether they are new to running, already enjoy track or cross country, or want to stay active for another sport during the off-season, this program offers a supportive place to build fitness, confidence, and running skills.
Ages 12 to 17 (as of December 31, 2026)
