1:00 pm start time for the 4km Short Course and 8km Long Course
IMPORTANT: Athletes 12 years of age and older MUST bring your proof identity and proof of your full vaccination or letter of medical exemption.
Athletes under 12 years of age or have a letter of medcal exemption, please enter "EXEMPT" where asked for their date of vaccination.
Participating clubs that require all of their athletes to be fully vaccinated may send an email to the Meet Director so that they may pick up all of their athlete bibs without having individual athletes show their proof of full vaccination.
