Join us on Sunday, November 29th, 2026 from 2:00 PM - 5:00 PM at Quinn's Inn for CMC's Annual General Meeting followed food and socializing! Your voice will help shape club operations and events. Join us we celebrate and reflect on the the past year, review the budget, discuss future events, and elect (or re-elect) our new board members-at-large and leadership team.

🗳️ Positions Open for Nomination:

• President – Leads the club and chairs meetings
• Vice-President – Steps in when the President is unavailable
• Treasurer – Keeps our finances in shape 
• Secretary – Takes meeting notes and keeps us organize
• Board members at large - Attends meetings, provides input and helps promote club events
