UPDATE AS OF JULY 2026: Registration is now open for FALL 2026 Programming. Note that this form is for both New and Returning members but is only for Fall registration at this time and not for Full Year registration.

NEW: Athletes will register as either RECREATIONAL (Training only), COMPETITIVE, or HIGH-PERFORMANCE.

* Recreational athletes must be enrolled in either Sprints or Distance. Recreational athletes cannot do Jumps, Hurdles, or Throws, and are limited to attending two practices per week. Recreational Membership types are listed at the bottom of the program lists.
* Competitive athletes may enroll in any event discipline and are expected to follow the training program, participate in meets and championships, etc. You must add the AO Competitive Fees under ADDITIONAL PURCHASES. In the Fall, there is one meet for Sprints, Jumps, Throws on Sunday September 20 at Canada Games Park.
* High-Performance Program is a separate division for our top Gr 9-12 athletes and will provide additional supports, services, opportunities, as well as a higher level of individual coaching. You must be approved into this Program and the program fee for High-Performance athletes is listed under the ADDITIONAL PURCHASES.

School training Cross Country memberships are also available for athletes from September to October. $200 total ($160 club fee + $40 AO/MTA Recreational/ Insurance fees). These can also be extended for the remainder of the XC season.

ATHLETES WHO COMMIT TO CROSS COUNTRY WILL ALSO RECEIVE OUR 6-WEEK GEAR UP FOR CROSS COUNTRY PROGRAM FREE OF CHARGE - THIS PROGRAM STARTS JULY 6.

Our programming is divided into four levels:
* FUTURE TRACK STARS - introductory program for athletes Gr 2 and under
* JUNIOR DEVELOPMENT - early development in a certain discipline for athletes Gr 3-6
* SENIOR DEVELOPMENT - further specialization and age-appropriate development for athletes Gr 7-9 as they step towards elite level training
* ELITE DEVELOPMENT - event-specific training in a certain discipline for athletes Gr 10-12+ (now including Masters)

Event Disciplines:
SPRINTS
HURDLES = athletes attend sprints as well as hurdles-specific practices
HIGH JUMP = athletes attend sprints as well as jumps-specific practices
HORIZONTAL JUMPS (LONG/TRIPLE) = athletes attend sprints as well as jumps-specific practices
DISTANCE/ CROSS COUNTRY
MID DISTANCE
JAVELIN
ROTATIONAL THROWS - SHOT PUT/ DISCUS
ROTATIONAL THROWS - HAMMER/ WEIGHT
COMBINED EVENTS (Tetrathlon, Pentathlon, Heptathlon, Decathlon)
FUTURE TRACK STARS = Introductory program for Gr 2 and under

Please carefully view the membership prices and options and ensure that you are selecting the correct option. We have redefined our programming and age groups so that what you are receiving best fits the needs of that group in terms of training and coaching.

You have chosen to be a part of one of the MOST ACTIVE AND MOST SUCCESSFUL TRACK PROGRAMS IN ONTARIO! In order to continue offering an affordable membership rate, it is important that our members are actively engaged and help with fundraising. Each season offers a number of fundraising options that yield 50% of proceeds to the club and 50% back to YOU - the athlete - to help cover your own expenses. There is a Fall Pasta Night in November that requires everyone's involvement.

We are also interested in any opportunities for sponsorship/ strategic partnerships.

Members with financial need are eligible and encouraged to apply for funding from programs such as JumpStart, KidSport, Niagara Youth Need Sports, or ProKids. Please contact Coach Fife for more information if needed.

If you need to make an e-transfer for any purchases, please click "Other payment methods" on page 2 and then "ON SITE." You may send funds to thoroldelitetc@gmail.com. We are also happy to help arrange a payment plan with you if needed but a minimum of $200 plus all Athletics Ontario fees MUST be paid at the time of registration in order to begin your participation in club activities. DISCOUNTS AND INCENTIVES

• Family Discount (YEARLY Memberships) – $50 discount off of the second family member; $100 discount off of the third family member
• Family Discount (SEASONAL Memberships) –$25 discount off of the second family member; $50 discount off of the third family member
• Referral Credit – a $50 credit back to you for referring a new YEARLY member to join the club or a $25 credit back to you for referring a new SEASONAL member (the new member must put your name on the membership form when they sign up)
