All athletes interested in being considered for selection to the 2026 Western Canada Team Challenge Team must complete this declaration form.
Please note: Completing this registration process does not guarantee selection to the team, but rather shows that you are willing to commit your time to the team if selected. YOU MUST ALSO REGISTER FOR THE MB AGE CLASS CHAMPIONSHIPS WHICH ARE THE TRIALS FOR THIS EVENT
