Most Entries are non refundable unless a replacement for your entry in the approved age categories can be found. If the event appears as sold out you may be placed on a waiting list and informed if an opening has come up, you then have 24 hrs to complete entry, payment and consent forms! A completed registration parental consent form must be accompanied (e-mailed or otherwise made available via trackie) is to be completed and returned to the event organizer or via trackie separately after registration. All entries must be Admin Approved upon the successful completion of all entry tasks and consent forms. All Event Organizers reserve the right to cancel the event and refund payments for the event itself if the number of registrants is not reached (30) of the allowable age groups, by the sign up deadline. We reserve the right to alter pricing after the Early Bird Deadline pending venue pricing and support engagement from sponsors.
