REGULAR REGISTRATION EXTENDED — CLOSES SEPTEMBER 16 AT 11:50 PM

Marco Arop will direct and coach this two-day 800m & 1500m training camp, including on-track training and instructional presentation sessions.

Spaces are limited to 30 athletes. The camp is intended for developing competitive athletes who train or compete in the 800m and/or 1500m and want to improve their middle-distance performance.

You do not need to be an elite athlete. The camp is intended for competitive athletes involved with a track and field club who have competed at the provincial or national level, or are developing toward that level.

Age eligibility has been expanded. Trackie will determine eligibility based on the event's configured age calculation. If Trackie prevents an athlete you believe would be appropriate for the camp from registering because of age, please contact the organizers directly.

The camp includes on-track training, instructional sessions and lunch.

Registration is now open directly. No Expression of Interest is required.

Full registration secures one of the remaining camp positions on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to completion of the required consent and waiver forms.

To help more deserving young athletes access the Marco Arop Future Stars® 800m & 1500m Training Camp, we have made 5 athlete spots, valued at $299 each, available at no cost to participating clubs.

REGISTER 2 ATHLETES — BRING A 3RD ATHLETE FREE

Clubs registering two paid athletes may nominate one additional deserving athlete to attend at no cost.

Special Club Offer Details:

• Only 5 pre-paid athlete spots are available.
• Maximum 1 free athlete per club.
• Available on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Two paid registrations from the same club are required to qualify.
• The third athlete's $299+Tax camp registration is fully covered, no trackie fee.
• Clubs may select the athlete who they believe would benefit most from this opportunity.
• Once all 5 pre-paid spots have been claimed, the offer ends.

Coaches interested in sending multiple athletes should also contact the organizers regarding club discounts or complimentary athlete opportunities while available.

PREVIOUSLY SUBMITTED AN EXPRESSION OF INTEREST?

If you previously submitted and paid the $29.90 Expression of Interest fee, your submission remains on file. We will contact you directly regarding completion of your registration and the required paperwork.

An Expression of Interest is no longer required for new registrations.

REGISTRATION FORMS

Required registration, consent and waiver forms will be forwarded to registered athletes and must be completed electronically and returned to info@athletic-victory.ca before the camp.

For athletes under 18, the required consent and waiver documentation must be completed by a parent or legal guardian and returned to the event organizers at least 24 hours before the athlete participates in the camp.

REFUND POLICY

Registration is for a limited-capacity camp. If a registered athlete becomes unable to attend, please contact the organizers as soon as possible regarding available options.

Registration fees are non-refundable unless the camp is cancelled by the organizers, which is not likely going to happen at this point as all is confirmed.

Athletes who previously completed an Expression of Interest will be contacted once directly regarding their registration and required consent documentation.

Future Stars® and Athletic Victory Speed Club reserve the right to make reasonable administrative adjustments necessary for the safe and effective delivery of the camp.
