THE SESSIONS SIGN-UP WILL START, MONDAY, OCT 23 at 8:00 AM

PLEASE READ ALL OF THE FOLLOWING:

The sign-up will be available for ALL Fall events in each division (Novice, Intermediate, Advanced). Check your calendar and sign up only for times where you are sure you will play. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours in advance of event) and no shows will result in a ticket forfeiture. Cancellations can be done by following the instructions found on our website under the FAQ’s tab. Ticket purchases for Beginner sessions have been halted until after the November Try-It sessions (so purchases will open again on November 13 and sign-up for Beginner sessions will start Nov 19).

Each division will have a maximum sign-up of 10 people per event. There will be no Waiting List (except for Skills and Mixed Doubles Same Partner “MXDSP” sessions).

Please sign up responsibly and sign up only for those sessions you know you will attend. Kindly do not sign up “willy-nilly” for as many sessions as you can and then plan to cancel, or worse not show up, for sessions which no longer fit your plans.

Please do not sign up for more sessions than for which you have tickets. For example, if you have purchased 10 tickets in total, please do not sign up for 12 sessions. Sign-ups can be done when registration opens or later in the season as your schedule firms up.

For this sign up, we will rigorously monitor that the sign-ups are correct, and we will “adjust” incorrect sign-ups for you (translation: delete). We all love to play so let’s sign up in a manner that allows everyone to play!

You will require an Access Code to sign-up: the Access Code for your NOVICE Division is bvpnov23c. This will ensure that only authorized ticketholders are signing up.

If you sell or share your tickets with another BVPA member, you should share this email with them so they can sign up on their own. There is a question on the registration asking if you are the original purchaser and, if not, who was the original purchaser. This will maintain control over the tickets. Any unused tickets expire at the end of the Fall session on December 17.

If you have tickets that you would like to sell/share, use the Facebook link on the website to facilitate this if needed. Such selling/sharing must be to a BVPA member with the same play level as you. Financial arrangements are up to you – we do not get involved.

Personalized tickets will be available for pickup at the first event that you attend. A valid ticket must be presented at each event to enable participation. “No ticket – No play” (unless, of course, if the dog ate it!).
