East Region Judo is hosting another Judo Training & Social For Women & Girls.
It is happening Friday May 8th at Takahashi Dojo, starting at 8:00pm.
This event is open to women, youth girls and gender - diverse persons who are more comfortable in female spaces, 11 years of age and older.
All ranks are welcome.
Participants must be a member of the East Region Of Judo Ontario, or a member of Judo Outaouais.
Participants must be a member in good standing of Judo Ontario, Judo Quebec or other PTSO recognized by Judo Canada.
The evening will consist of a judo training session (8pm - 9:15pm), followed by a social with snacks and drinks / judo related learning activity.
Judo is free. $10 or pay what you can for snacks and drinks.
