Wildfire track is focused on developing speed, coordination, confidence and performance in young athletes so they can thrive both on the track, in any other sport they choose to pursue, and in life. Small group sessions are offered for athletes 8 - 13, and one-on-one speed sessions are available upon request. Multi sport athletes welcome!

Monday 6:30pm -7:45 @ Winston Churchill - CROSS-COUNTRY FOCUS
Wednesday 6pm - 7:30 @ Central Tech - SPEED FOCUS
