Signing Up to Play

Indoor Play at Canmore Recreation Centre

A few weeks prior to the start of a new indoor session, you will be sent an email with a specific date to pre-purchase your indoor ticket pack(s) at your designated skill level. Registration for play will open up online a few days later. You will given a registration link and level specific Access Code.

The calendar of events is posted on our website under Play, Court Schedule. To avoid disappointment please sign-up promptly. Indoor registration is limited to 10 members per play on 2 courts.

Outdoor Play at Veterans (and Larch Courts)

You will receive an email prior to the sign up with a link to the signup site.

You may initially sign up for a maximum of two sessions only. Then, starting at 8:00 AM on the Sunday before the play week begins, you may sign up for additional sessions if there are spots still available.

We are scheduling for a maximum of 20 players per session and there will be a Waitlist if sessions are full.

You may only sign up for the level of play for which you are eligible. Signups are monitored and incorrect signups will be deleted.

Here is a “key” to decoding the abbreviations you will see on the schedule:

MXDDP-NOV Mixed Doubles Different Partners for Novice 2.0 and 2.5 on separate courts
MXDDP-ADV Mixed Doubles Different Partners for Advanced
MXDDP-INT Mixed Doubles Different Partners for Intermediate 3.0
LADDER- ALL New this year! All levels
SPD Same Partner Doubles. You & your partner play as a team throughout the session. Both members must sign up individually
OPEN Open Play - different levels play together

We need Session Captains who will help organize the equipment, round-robin play and report any rainout times. At signup, you will be asked if you would be willing to "captain" a session.
