Signing Up to Play - Calendar of Events Registration Hub
Sign up for weekly play, register for clinics or tournaments- All sessions are booked through our private use CALENDAR OF EVENTS REGISTRATION HUB. Please note that some functions of using the Registration Hub may require you to first log into your Trackie Account (example cancel a play session).
All new and returning BPVA active members were sent the private link for the Registration Hub. It is not visible to the public, only active members. It is up to you to save that link. If you misplaced it, please contact the Members Service Committee at the email address posted below and they can help you out.
Some tips on How to use the Calendar of Events Registration Hub:
Open up the link you saved- click on the "CALENDAR OF EVENTS" icon.
This has a list view of all events and or weeks of play etc... Be sure to pick the proper event before you try and register.
Click on the event and you will have 2 options:
1) Click "REGISTER" you can immediately register for an event.
2) Click "MORE INFORMATION" you will be taken to that events main webpage which contains all the information you need. You can always register from there too.
