Past registrations

Registrants who sign up for an event or club through our system are provided with the ability to login in order to keep track of their registrations. If you encounter login issues, please utilize our forgot password functionality to reset your password.

After logging in, you can access your past registrations by clicking on the "My Registrations" section.

Below provides an overview of the various elements in this section.

Elements
Saved Registrations

If you have any registrations that are saved but not yet completed, you can access them in this section. You can learn more about the "Save & Complete Later" feature here.

Membership Card

This feature provides you with the ability to access your membership card (if you're registered with an organization that offers one). For more information on membership cards.

Join Additional Club

If you are affiliated with an organization that permits registration for multiple clubs, this option will be available to allow you to register for additional clubs.

Renew Membership

If you have registered for any seasonal memberships that are due to expire, you can renew those memberships by utilizing this button.

Filter Bar

By using this feature, you can easily find past registrations that you are looking for.

Past registration

Each of your past registrations will show up on its own row. From here, you are able to click on '(+) More Info' to view more information about this transaction, click on the event title (or club name) to view more information about that event (or club), or click on the receipt ID to view the original receipt.

The above screenshot shows an example of how a past registration appears after clicking '(+) More Info'. From here, you have the options to edit, remove, or view additional information about the transaction.

Edit

When you click on this link, you will be able to edit your information. Please note that for some events and clubs, editing of information may be disabled or have an edit deadline in place. If you are unable to edit your information, it is recommended to contact the event or club directly.

Remove

Provides you the ability to cancel a registration. Please note that for some events and clubs, removal of registration may be disabled or have an removal deadline in place. If you are unable to remove your registration, it is recommended to contact the event or club directly.

View Info

Allows you to view all the information associated with your registration.

Paging

If you have a large number of past registrations, you will notice paging at the bottom to allow you to view older registrations as needed.

To initiate the cancellation of a registration and request a refund, it is recommended to adhere to the following steps:

  1. Begin by logging into your account and navigating to the My Registrations section.
  2. Locate your registration and click on the button positioned to the left of it, followed by selecting the icon.
  3. Proceed by clicking on the button to initiate the cancellation process.
  4. If there is a warning displayed indicating that a refund will not be automatically processed, it is advised to directly contact the event or club to request a refund. It's important to note that depending on the policies of the specific club or event, purchases may be non-refundable in some cases.

Please be aware that in some cases, certain events or clubs may have disabled the option to remove registrations (or may have set a deadline). If you find that you are unable to remove your registrant, it is advisable to directly contact the event or club for assistance..

Notice

Refunds processed through the system may take approximately 1-10 business days to reflect (in rare cases, it may take longer). The refunded amount will be credited back to the original credit card used for payment. If you do not see the refund reflected and wish to inquire about its status, please feel free to contact us. However, we kindly request that you wait for at least 7 business days after the refund was submitted before reaching out.
