Add a custom message
You have the option to include a personalized message at the beginning of your volunteer sign-up form.
Give an incentive
You can incentivize potential volunteers by offering them perks, such as a complimentary t-shirt, as a way to motivate them to contribute.
Our system offers an effective way to collect and manage sign-ups for volunteers and officials. You have the flexibility to create positions that are available and allow volunteers to easily sign up.

To access the settings for managing your volunteers and officials, you need to first create a registration form. To access these settings:
- Go to "Step 1: General Information".
- Click on "Advanced Options".
- Set the "Enable volunteer promotion" option to "Yes" and click on "Settings" to configure further.
We have divided the interface below into sections to provide you with more information about the specific settings that are available:
Allow volunteers to sign-up
To enable volunteer sign-ups, simply set this option to "Yes". You can also provide additional information about volunteering by adding some custom text.
(+) Add position
You have the flexibility to create various volunteer positions that individuals can select during the sign-up process. Each position can be customized with the following settings:
- Description: Allows you to provide a description of the position.
- Slots: Allows you to specify that there are various time slots available.
- Date: Allows you to input the specific date for the position.
- Time (from/to): Allows you to input the specific time for the position.
- # of positions: Provides the option to set a finite number of available slots for each volunteer position (by default, it is set to unlimited).
Allow officials to sign-up
The sign-up process for officials is similar to the volunteer sign-up process discussed above, but it allows you the option to separate volunteer positions from officials positions if desired.
Ask for contributions and/or donations
If set to "Yes", it allows individuals to contribute in ways other than volunteering their time, such as making monetary donations or bringing other contributions of interest, such as food, etc.
If you wish to establish a deadline for volunteers to sign up, you can specify a cutoff date.
Follow all registration restrictions
If you have registration restrictions in place, such as requiring an access code for participants to access the registration form, you can choose to apply the same restrictions to the volunteer sign-up form as well.
After completing the setup, potential volunteers and officials will be able to access your sign-up form in two convenient locations:
Webpage: A "Volunteer" button will be added on your webpage, along with a separate section where individuals can easily access the stand-alone volunteer sign-up form.
Registration form: As part of the participant registration process, an additional step will be added to attract more volunteers and officials, which can be especially appealing to parents who are registering their children for the event. This helps increase the chances of finding additional volunteers and officials to support your event.
Here is an example of how the volunteer sign-up form looks:
To access the sign-ups, you can follow these steps:
